Mobile Phone Numbers & SMS Messaging
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your mobile number is used solely to deliver communications directly related to your marina membership and account, such as:
- Club announcements and newsletters
- Slip reservation confirmations and reminders
- Event notifications
- Important marina operational alerts
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on club activity and your notification preferences. You may receive up to several messages per week during active periods. You can adjust or disable SMS notifications at any time through your profile settings or by replying STOP to any message.
Rates & Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all SMS messages you send and receive. Yacht Club Mate does not charge separately for SMS notifications. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message from us. To request help, reply HELP. You may also opt out through your profile settings page.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the marina management platform
- Send you communications related to your membership and account activity
- Process billing and invoices
- Respond to your requests and support inquiries
- Improve platform functionality and user experience
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
