Jeep Gladiator (JT)
Revealed at the Los Angeles Auto Show on November 28, 2018, the JT brought back the Gladiator name on a Wrangler-based crew-cab truck with a five-foot steel bed. Its frame is 31 inches longer than a four-door Wrangler's, yet it keeps the removable doors and top and the fold-down windshield. The 3.6 L V6 has been the mainstay, with a 3.0 L EcoDiesel offered from 2021 to 2023. The Desert Rated Mojave followed in 2020, a 2024 update brought the newer grille and Uconnect 5, and a promised 4xe plug-in hybrid was cancelled in September 2025 before it reached production.

Notes
Wheelbase and length are from Wikipedia and spec databases; Jeep's launch release says the wheelbase is 19.4 in longer than a four-door Wrangler's (which would be about 137.8 in), and Australian listings give a length of 220.1 in. Maximum towing rose from 7,650 lb to 7,700 lb from 2023; payload was quoted at 1,600 lb (2020), 1,700 lb (2021 and 2022), 1,710 lb (2023), 1,725 lb (2024 and 2025), and 1,720 lb (2026 and 2027). Ground clearance was 11.1 in at launch and 11.6 in through 2026; 12.9 in is the 2027 maximum. Wikipedia gives U.S. sales of 40,037 (2019) to 89,712 (2021) a year; not cross-checked. The 2027 model year has been announced and is on order.
