Every paycheck, on an even keel
Paycheck Planner spreads your bills across every paycheck, so a big bill never swallows one. Each payday you'll know what goes to bills, what goes to savings, and what's yours to spend.
The problem it fixes
A $1,140 insurance bill lands on one paycheck. That paycheck has nothing left for groceries, so the next bill waits, and then the one after that, and you're always catching up.
Paycheck Planner sets a little aside from every paycheck for every bill, monthly or not. Each paycheck carries the same share, the big bills are ready when they're due, and the money left to spend is about the same every time.
Same bills, same pay
The demo's next 13 paychecks: spending money per day, paying bills as they come due (gray) and with Paycheck Planner (orange).
With your plan, you have $64 a day to spend. Paying bills as they come due, it would swing from $5 to $128 a day.

How it works
- Add your paychecks: take-home pay, and how often: weekly, every two weeks, twice a month, or monthly.
- Add your bills: rent, utilities, and phone, and the ones that come less often: insurance, property tax, and registrations.
- Tell it what's in checking. Paycheck Planner works out the plan: what each paycheck puts toward bills, savings, and investing, and what's safe to spend until payday.

Questions
How does Paycheck Planner even out my paychecks?
It adds up a year of your bills (monthly ones, and the quarterly, twice-a-year, and yearly ones) and a year of your take-home pay, and sets money aside for bills from every paycheck. That money waits in your checking account, and each bill is paid from it when it's due, so a big bill is paid from money set aside a little at a time. What's left is the same spending money every day, even when two people are paid on different schedules.
What if I don't have enough set aside yet?
Paycheck Planner catches up as gently as it can: the smallest cut in spending money per day that still pays every bill on time, held only until the tightest bill is paid. It tells you how long that lasts and what it goes back to after.
Does it connect to my bank?
No. Paycheck Planner never asks for bank logins or account numbers. You type in your paychecks, bills, and balance, and it does the planning.
Is it free?
Yes, Paycheck Planner is free.
How do I sign in?
With a secure one-time link sent to your email, or a passkey: your phone or computer's fingerprint, face, or PIN. Each email link works once and expires in 30 minutes, and passkeys can't be guessed or phished.
Can it track savings goals and investments?
Yes: savings goals like an emergency fund or a home down payment, retirement and other investment accounts with a growth projection, debts, and your net worth over time. Each paycheck's share for them is part of the plan.
